Construction of garage with office space above for private client. Planning regulations, stipulated locally sourced stone had to be used for development as was within a conservation area.

Finished project was completed within 8 weeks to meet deadline set by Client.

Final finishes were completed with render and paint in keeping with the existing stone barn on site.
